● macOS (12+)
● Intel 64-bit CPU
- Easy to use. The pause between subscription checks is reduced 5x, and queued subscriptions now show their video count. Frequently used subtitle languages appear at the top of the list in Smart Mode. The delete dialog now clearly explains whether you are removing an item from the app or deleting its files permanently.
- Reliable YouTube downloads. Fewer "failed to download" errors when you are not logged in. Restored the recently missing 4K/8K options, 360° formats, audio tracks, and subtitles. Reduced YouTube requests during channel and playlist parsing — temporary blocks are less likely. Channel thumbnails are shown in higher quality and no longer disappear after a restart. Better handling of live streams not yet processed by YouTube and of private videos you don't have access to.
- Ubuntu and macOS compatibility. Fixed a .deb package issue preventing the app from launching on Ubuntu 26.04. Videos in the built-in browser play with sound again on Ubuntu. The drag-to-Applications arrow is back in the macOS installer.
- Works as expected. The codec selected in Smart Mode is now respected, with improved wording for both the AV1/VP9 setting and the quality list. Fixed processing of files with non-Latin names. Fixed the context menu for individual processed files. A long download folder path no longer crowds out other toolbar controls. Drop-down lists now open with the arrow keys. The Clear All button no longer covers the last notification.
- Improved stability. The "Search audio tags" toggle is available again and no longer causes crashes. Fixed a crash on exit when the manual download window was left open. TikTok videos no longer crash the app, fail, or download without sound.
